Heads up Comics Lovers!!! SKRIKER and his creator Dani Smith are here!

I am beyond excited!!! Some of you may know that I’m, and have always been, a huge, huge fan of comics. So imagine how jazzed up I was when I bumped into this unbelievably talented comics writer awhile ago. I had the honor of reading her new paranormal comics, SKRIKER, and I instantly fell in love with it. It is un-freaking-believably-good!!! A piece of art, a heaven for adult comics lovers, and for sure something I will be ordering from Amazon the second the next issue comes out.

And you know what? Sharing is caring so here she is. Ladies and Gentleman…drum rolling… Meet DANI SMITH!!!

DANI SMITH is a comics artist/creator/illustrator, gritty “outside the mainstream” storyteller, and character/concept artist hailing from California. In her career thus far she has studied everything from costuming to tattooing, and she is always on the hunt for the next great artistic adventure. After a successful cult-followed run as a paranormal prose novelist under Danielle D. Smith, she has turned exclusively to combining her two loves, art and writing, via creator-owned comics and graphic novel series through her studio, QuickDraw. She is the creator of SKRIKER: THE BLACK DOG DIARIES, THE REBEL ROSE, SHEOL CITY, and the paranormal adventure series BLACK DOG AND REBEL ROSE, which has recently been optioned for production as a feature film. Dani has also worked with PLB Comics on their GIDEON & SEBASTIAN vampire series, and is a contracted work-for-hire artist for Tragic Hero Comics.

But her hunger for music is endless and depend on what mood she’s in or what kind of book she’s working on. She can be pretty much an omnivore when it comes to music.
