Succubus Love

SBlues_USAI’ve recently bumped into a lot of Succubus stuff, and am so excited! I’m reading the third book of Georgina Kincaid series by Richelle Mead and liking it a lot. That’s right. They’re not the best books I’ve read from Richelle Mead but still very hooking and entertaining. Quite easy reads that are perfect for a holiday, beach, trip…well, anywhere actually, if you are in need of  a book that will take your thoughts away from work and stress but doesn’t require too much thinking.

The funny thing is, I’ve never really been in to the succubus stories, but after starting to read Georgina Kincaid series I also started to watch the Lost Girl…and together…Oh, my!!! Perfect cocktail!

showposterThere are a lot of similarities in these series, but also enough disparities to keep them both intriguing. Georgina has her Seth, and Bo has her Dyson…and Lauren…among some other Fae people. Both series’s plots moves smoothly, characters are well developed, giving something for everyone, and even if there are some predictable things, these series surprises you in the most unexpected moments.

In Georgina Kincaid series I can only imagine the characters, but in Lost Girl there is actually a good package of eye-candies…both for women and men 😉

Oh, and I’m so in team Dyson! So if you know any spoilers, please, please, don’t give them out…I still have season 4 to watch!

Cheers,     images-4

About jenniferloiske

Jennifer Loiske lives in Finland in Naantali, which is a small sunny town on the southwest coast. She is a pre-school teacher by profession but she stayed at home when her youngest daughter suffered brain fever, which developed severe epilepsy in 2004. She is a workaholic Teen/Young Adult author, who loves dark fantasy, teen movies, chips and candies and warm sunny days. She’s also very keen on charity work and a big part of her royalties goes to the charity; mainly to help families with epileptic children but also to the epilepsy units in the hospitals. As a huge fan of dark novels Jennifer's bookshelf is full of books from L.J. Smith, Alyson Noel, Stephanie Meyer, Chloe Neill, Michelle Rowen, Jennifer L. Armentrout, Amanda Hocking and Lauren Kate. She’s also a huge fan of music from Evanescence, Linkin Park, Within Temptation, OneRepublic and Disturbed. But her hunger for music is endless and depend on what mood she’s in or what kind of book she’s working on. She can be pretty much an omnivore when it comes to music.
