Dating Dyson!

011612lostgirl71Yes, I’m still in Succubus world, savoring the last episodes of Lost Girl as if they were the finest collection of chocolate.

I have to say that I’m slightly surprised I got so caught with this series, and more so that it has managed to climb amongst my top 5 TV-series list. It’s different, funny, surprising and it has something for everyone. My favorite characters by far are Dyson (duh!), Bo and Kenzi.

images-4Dyson, played by Kris Holden-Ried, is a player, yet loyal to the ones he love. He would do anything for his true love, Bo, even though he gets distracted by other women at times. He is what I think the werewolf is in its best. Fierce, passionate, hot, a hunter…oh, yeah, I would date Dyson anytime, as he certainly is someone to die for.

Bo, or Isabeau, played by Anna Silk, can rock anyone’s socks. No matter what team they play in. She is sexy, sassy, stubborn, a succubus…and ready to go hell and back to stay unaligned. She doesn’t want to be labeled as light or black Fae, so instead she sticks with humans and follows her own path.

Kenzi, played by Ksenia Solo, is Bo’s best friend. She is human and so fun to be around. She knows how to survive in the streets, is comfortable around Faes, and has a way to wiggle herself out of any weird situation.

showposterYes, if you like supernatural creatures, plots full of twists and turns, sassy, sexy characters with an attitude, this series is so worth checking out.

Cheers,

About jenniferloiske

Jennifer Loiske lives in Finland in Naantali, which is a small sunny town on the southwest coast. She is a pre-school teacher by profession but she stayed at home when her youngest daughter suffered brain fever, which developed severe epilepsy in 2004. She is a workaholic Teen/Young Adult author, who loves dark fantasy, teen movies, chips and candies and warm sunny days. She’s also very keen on charity work and a big part of her royalties goes to the charity; mainly to help families with epileptic children but also to the epilepsy units in the hospitals. As a huge fan of dark novels Jennifer's bookshelf is full of books from L.J. Smith, Alyson Noel, Stephanie Meyer, Chloe Neill, Michelle Rowen, Jennifer L. Armentrout, Amanda Hocking and Lauren Kate. She’s also a huge fan of music from Evanescence, Linkin Park, Within Temptation, OneRepublic and Disturbed. But her hunger for music is endless and depend on what mood she’s in or what kind of book she’s working on. She can be pretty much an omnivore when it comes to music.
